SEC Reporting Manager

A Kforce client in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks a highly skilled SEC Reporting Manager with strong technical accounting expertise and public company experience. This role involves preparing 10-Q/K schedules, supporting various audits, assisting with Investor Relations, managing international close processes with US GAAP adjustments, and ensuring all controls are completed. The ideal candidate will have a blend of public and industry backgrounds and proficiency in Excel and financial systems.

Must Have

• Prepare 10-Q/K schedules and analytical reviews for auditors
• Support internal, tax, bank, and external audits
• Assist with Investor Relations activities
• Balance sheet reconciliations, standard entries, and intercompany balancing
• Prepare quarter-end analysis files for Controllers
• Manage international close with US GAAP adjustments
• Roll forward balance sheet forecasts
• Update assumptions based on trends
• Load trial balances, complete cash flow forms, and post eliminations
• Distribute reports for DocuSign signature
• Ensure all controls are completed
• 3+ years of experience
• Public company experience (industry + public accounting preferred)
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally

A Kforce client, located in the Grand Rapids, (MI) area, has a need to hire a highly skilled SEC Reporting Manager with strong technical accounting expertise and public company experience. Ideal candidates will have a blend of both public and industry backgrounds. This role will also support Investor Relations and play a key part in global close and forecasting processes. Responsibilities:

• Prepare 10-Q/K schedules and analytical reviews for auditors
• Support internal, tax, bank, and external audits
• Assist with Investor Relations activities
• Balance sheet reconciliations, standard entries, and intercompany balancing
• Prepare quarter-end analysis files for Controllers
• Manage international close with US GAAP adjustments

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
